A former Track I and Track II diplomat, Lily has served as US Mayor's Aide in International Relations, Chapter President for the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children, and Chair of the Planning Committee for the historic US-Russia Mayors' Summit. She was also appointed US State Representative and Country Representative of Singapore for Sister Cities International, a NGO founded by US President Dwight Eisenhower to champion global relationships.
Lily has separately functioned as a geopolitical analyst, providing risk assessments to Fortune 500 clients, and a moderator and speaker at high-level geopolitical forums.
Education
She was formally educated at Raffles Institution in Singapore, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in the United States, and Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in the Russian Federation.
